I’ve taught the Level 1 + 2 and Level 3 workshops for the last 10 years at Esalen, at my home, digitally on Zoom, as four or five-day intensives, or dripped out over months.
In year 1, I taught techniques using my boss’ PowerPoints. I learned so much from teaching.
Students were learning 50 new EFT skills, but how do you stop a talking client and segue into tapping? In year 3, I redesigned my training to be client-centric instead of technique-centric so they could confidently listen to the client cues that led naturally into each technique.
But what if a client couldn’t feel, couldn’t remember a root event, or jumped to a different event as soon as you landed the plane? In year 4, I created an Advanced Practice intensive to demo and practice these sticky client scenarios.
But what if the client didn’t have trauma, but their grandfather survived the Holocaust, their mother was adopted, or they were born into a culture that repetitively demeaned them? This is where things got juicy. In year 5, I launched my first advanced training that included Ancestral Healing and Inner Child work.
Working with thousands, I saw (and so did you) that many of our feelings are NOT ours. We may have forgiven our parents, but our Inner Child is still wounded. We might have a great relationship with our parent, but as a kid they left scars. How do we work on layered, unprocessed, or preverbal feelings? This was the heart of the Level 3 workshop I launched.
It was very hard to teach Inner Child + womb work + advanced accredited EFT at my old company, so I moved to EFT International, where they gave me more flexibility in bringing my own trauma-informed Inner Child flavor to the trainings.
I also realized that most people leave an EFT workshop with a toolkit of hundreds of new techniques, but they only end up tapping for 20 minutes of the session. Why? Most clients talk a mile a minute, it can feel rude to cut them off, or as soon as you find an event, they jump to another. So the first day of my Level 3 workshop became getting confident with a dozen advanced strategies taught nowhere else to honor a client’s need to be seen while also politely interrupting and redirecting so you can get to the root before the end of the session.
Beyond the science, strategy, and client-centric focus, your girl had to make the training more pen-and-paper-person friendly. I made the first-ever training manuals, all over 100 pages and filled with beautiful illustrations, space to write, and pieces to reflect on your own growth.
I’ve found so much joy in teaching my Somatic EFT™ Workshops. Each workshop maintains the integrity of those 48 Level 1 + 2 techniques, but brings in the visual, client-centric, deeply somatic and embodied approach that I’ve developed over the last 10 years.
There are tons of other amazing practitioners who teach the accredited Level 1 + 2 techniques and the accredited Level 3 techniques. You can always go train with them! The students who choose me want that client-centric, visual, deeply somatic, Inner Child, womb-work-woven flavor of accredited tapping.

For the last four or five years, I haven’t just led the workshop live. I hit record. Everyone who has trained with me has access to the recordings from their workshop, and they go back to those recordings over and over again.
If you enroll in Level 1 + 2 or Level 3, you’ll get access to these recordings for life. Think 100 videos. You can watch them at your own pace, but you’ll also get tailored emails to help you move through them in one month.
The reason I’m archiving my Level 1/2 + 3 is because it’s become quite robust on the back end. I can’t keep enrolling people in Level 1 + 2 and Level 3 while also giving access to all of these previous workshops.
I’m trying to be as honest as possible without being able to predict my own future. What I do know: this recorded version living inside its sweet portal will never be available for purchase again.
When I teach it again, I want students to just get it fresh. Maybe at the end of 2027 or 2028 I will lead another training, live or on Zoom, but it won’t come with the bonus recorded trainings from previous cohorts as it currently stands.
