I’m a Master Level EFT/Tapping Trainer with 15+ years of experience.

My work is deeply personal. When I was 5, my brother died, triggering intense grief, anxiety, and OCD. Over the next two decades, I tried everything from diet and lifestyle changes to intense holistic therapies and conventional medication. When I found energy therapy and EFT tapping, my life changed.

I believe trauma is a catalyst, not a crutch. I’ve learned from personal experience that you can:

  • raise your worth

  • release anxious energy and heal your adrenals

  • find self-worth outside of productivity

  • fully recover from people pleasing

  • Stop projecting childhood wounds onto your own children (easier said than done!)

I use somatic therapies like EFT/Tapping and Inner Child Work to break patterns of anxiety, people pleasing and low self-worth so you can find new levels of peace and prosperity.

I love working with empowered clients, and I also love training future practitioners and counselors in EFT for one of the largest accredited certifications in the world: EFT International.

An advocate for women’s rights, I have traveled to India, China, and the corners of California, to empower women through trauma and sexual abuse. In my free time, I binge podcasts, cook vegan treats and explore Northern California with my filmmaker husband Jake and baby boy Parker.

aka EFT “tapping” since it involves tapping stress-reducing meridian points as a means to boost emotional regulation. An effective tool for personal, professional, emotional, or relational blocks.

Mindfulness

aka Becoming an observer of the thoughts, emotions, and breathe to increase emotional regulation and resilience.


Energy Psychology

aka Gestalt-based practices that integrate visualization, inner child work, Empty Chair Technique, and eye movement desensitization to reduce the negative side effects of childhood wounds.

Neuroplasticity

aka the science of how the brain can change, rewire, and reprogram with focus and practice.

Inner Child Work

aka Reparenting a younger version of you that carries repressed emotional trauma. Inner child work allows you to meet your own needs (instead of waiting on others), set boundaries, and release codependency.

Breathwork

aka the easiest way to regulate your nervous system and ward off a panic attack.

My 3 Step Healing Process:

 

Step 1 Listen

Tune into your anxious energy, perfectionism, and doubt: What is your body telling you through your emotional pain? When you honor past wounds and listen to to your needs, you can set boundaries and expand into your truest nature.

Tools: Breathwork. Energy Mindfulness. Body Awareness, Poly Vagal.

Step 2 Let go

Is your body holding onto doubt, fear, or trauma? What would it take to let it go for good? When you incorporate evidence-based tools into your daily routine, “blocks” become catalysts for personal and professional growth.

Tools: EFT Tapping. Parts Work. Inner Child Work.

Step 3 Embody

How do you want to feel, speak, and treat yourself? When you learn to embody that energy now, you don’t need to wait for “perfection” in order to take action toward your ideal future.
