This is a common issue and easy to fix! (Your card company is probaly protecting you!)
Here's how to update your card and make sure your subscription to the portal continues without interruption:
✅ Steps to Update/Verify Your Payment Method:
Go to my site and click “Log In” or “Account” at the top right corner.
Sign in and click “Account Settings.”
Click “Payment.”
Add a new payment method.
If your old card is no longer working, delete it by clicking and removing it.
If you're using the same card, simply re-verify it.
Then go back and click “Subscriptions.”
Click on your active subscription, then click “Payment Method” to assign your new or updated card.
Step 6 is key to maintaing access to portal
💡 Troubleshooting Tips:
Fraud Protection: If your card was declined due to fraud protection, you’ll need to call your credit card company or log into your credit card app to manually approve the charge.
Pro Tip: Call early in the morning to avoid long hold times.
Many bank apps have a chat feature that allows you to verify purchases quickly.
Add a Label: You can rename your subscription in your bank app to something like “Healing Portal” or “Educational Course” to reduce the chances of it being flagged again.
Recurring Charges: Once flagged, your card might continue to block the charge every month—so it’s important to verify it now to avoid repeated declines.
Use a Different Card: If issues persist, switching to another credit card can be the fastest fix.

Scroll down to the footer of any page on my site. Find the name of your course. Click it and login. Make sure to use the email address in which you enrolled.
If you enrolled in a LIVE workshop before 2023: All workshop info was sent via email from jackie@theeftmasterclass.com. Check your Spam or Promotions Folder on Gmail.
If you enrolled in Content Creation for Healers in 2023: Look for the email I sent on February 5, 2023, with your steps to access the digital version of your course.

How do I cancel a subscription (monthly/annual charge).
Cancel a monthly or annual membership anytime through your Account.
You won’t be charged again BUT you will maintain access to the portal through the end of your term (month or year).
To cancel (and not be charged again):
Click Account (top right or dropdown via phone)
Scroll down on Account bar and Click Account Settings
Click Subscriptions
Click Monthly Membership
Click the red Cancel Membership button
