Jackie Viramontez is a Master Level EFT/Tapping Trainer with 15+ years of experience.
Jackie serves adults ready to break free from childhood trauma, people-pleasing, and anxiety.
She has a heart for empath healers and parents facing (postpartum) anxiety and depression since it’s a potent container to reparent the inner child.
Her mission is to train the next generation of healing practitioners to blend trauma-informed EFT tapping with Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR-based modalities.
My work is deeply personal. When I was 5, my brother died, triggering intense grief, anxiety, and OCD. Over the next two decades, I tried everything from diet and lifestyle changes to intense holistic therapies and conventional medication. When I found energy therapy and EFT tapping, my life changed.
Trauma is a catalyst, not a crutch. I’ve learned from personal experience that you can:
heal from childhood trauma
release deeply rooted anxious energy
find self-worth outside of productivity
fully recover from people-pleasing
Stop projecting childhood wounds onto your children (easier said than done!)
I blend EFT/Tapping and Inner Child Work to break patterns of anxiety, people-pleasing and low self-worth so you can find new levels of peace and prosperity.
I love working with empowered clients, and I also love training future practitioners and counselors in EFT for one of the largest accredited certifications in the world: EFT International.
An advocate for women’s rights, I have traveled to India, China, and the corners of California, to empower women through trauma and sexual abuse. In my free time, I binge podcasts, cook vegan treats and explore Northern California with my filmmaker husband Jake and baby boy Parker.

If your emotions could speak, what would they say? What if we listened to the beliefs, fears, and trauma your body carries? We will tap into trust (no pun intended) and open the door to healing.
