Day 7: Waiting to Feel

I’ll keep this short and sweet because who's got the time?

Ask Yourself:

What do you want more than anything in the world?

How would you feel if you finally got that?

Surprised,

shocked,

relieved,

joyful,

free,

worthy,

“finally arrived,”

proud?

Tap & ask :.

  • What do I want more than anything in the world?

  • How would I feel once I finally got it?

  • Do I have to wait to feel that way?

  • Is there anything I can do to cultivate that feeling now?

Who told you to wait?

Who taught you that you had to wait for an external outcome to permission a feeling you can cultivate now?

Jackie, I can't feel free. I'm trapped in a nursery with a teething baby who's biting my nipple."

Sure you can.

Think about the last time you were at the beach with friends.

Hear that song that makes you feel like you're invincible—or as my four-year-old son says, “invisible.”

"Jackie, I can't feel peaceful. I haven't heard the test results yet. If this IVF round doesn’t work, I'll have to grieve being a mother. How could I possibly feel peace?"

Im not asking you to sugarcoat grief, or suppress anxiety, or fale positivity.

This is an invitation to rebel.

You deserve to feel the way you want to feel now, even as you wait on uncontrollable outcomes.

Waiting on an outcome is hard enough:

We don’t need to make it harder by waiting in fear, trepidation, guilt, self-blame, or comparison.

We deserve to wait in peace, in worthiness, in freedom, in relief.

I can embody peace even when I’m afraid.

I can embody hope, even when I’m hopeless.

Maybe I’m not making any sense.

Earning culture says:

You have to wait to feel successful until you have $$$ in the bank.

You have to wait to feel beautiful until you’re chosen.

You have to wait to feel whole, until you have a partner, kids, and mortgage. Ick.

Unsubscribe.

If you’re still reading, it probably means that you don’t subscribe to the idea that the outside world dictates your inside world.

Anyone can feel good when life is good.

It takes a rebel to feel good when life tempts them not to.

Tap and ask:

  • What do I want?

  • How would I finally feel?

  • Can I access that feeling now? Even just one atom of it?

  • What would it look like, sound like, be like to embody that energy now?

This is Day 7 of a series I am writing on Substack, where I’m posting sneak peeks of my future book.

I’m calling in that finished book, a sold home, new friendships, a crew of new students in my Grow Your Business that are as nerdy about EFT Tapping and Human Design as me.

Before I call them in: I choose to cultivate the energy of joy, relief, trust, belonging, and expansiveness.

What are you calling in during this season?

I’m one email away.

See you there,

Jackie Viramontez

Author & EFT Master Trainer

P.S. If you’re craving clarity, confidence, and consistency in your EFT business—without overgiving or burning out— embody that feeling now.

From that embodied place, check out how I’m blending 10+ years of tips, tricks, templates, and done-for-you-resources + my Human Design Training inside my Grow Your Business 5 week Live Class 😉

First call is April 15th.

Early bird ends April 1st.

Don’t wait (LOL!). Check out why I’m nerding out here.
