2. Do you understand that Jackie will not be giving individual feedback on each practice session?

4. If you do not complete the required practice sessions or online modules within 9 months, do you understand that Jackie cannot approve you for mentorship?

Final Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the program requirements. I understand that this certification is self-paced, and I am responsible for completing all required coursework and practice sessions within 9 months.

I understand that Jackie provides live support through office hours and mentoring calls, but it is my responsibility to show up, participate, and bring my questions.

I acknowledge that EFT International membership is separate and requires additional steps if I choose to pursue it.

Certification Commitment Contract

This contract outlines the commitments required to successfully complete the 9-Month EFT Practitioner Certification Program.

1. Completion Requirements

• I understand that in order to receive certification, I must:

  • Complete all online modules (Level 1 & 2, Trauma-Informed EFT, and/or EFT for Kids).

  • Log 30 practice sessions as a guide and 10 as a client within 9 months.

  • Use the provided session tracker to document my work.

2. Self-Responsibility & Learning Commitment

• I acknowledge that this is a self-paced program and that I am responsible for my own progress.

• I understand that Jackie will not provide individual feedback on every session and that I must bring my questions to live office hours if I need guidance.

• I commit to attending live office hours when needed and making full use of the mentoring resources available to me.

• I understand that Jackie cannot make me attend sessions, and my success is dependent on my own effort and participation.

3. EFT International Membership (Optional)

• I acknowledge that EFT International membership is NOT required to build my EFT business with this certification.

• If I choose to pursue EFT International accreditation, I understand that:

  • I must submit 5-6 written case studies to Jackie, following EFT International’s guidelines.

  • I must complete one recorded video session for review ($400 additional fee, separate from EFT International membership fees).

  • All requirements for EFT International membership can be found directly on their website.

4. Certification Approval & Integrity

• I understand that if I do not complete my online modules or practice session requirements within 9 months, Jackie cannot approve my certification.

• If I fail to complete my requirements, I may apply again in the future should I choose to recommit.

5. Payment & Program Terms

• I acknowledge that all pricing, commitments, and terms are outlined before enrollment.

• I agree to honor the payment plan or full-payment agreement I have chosen upon enrollment.
