    These Mentoring office hours (like all classes) are led by yours truly, Jackie Viramontez.

    This is an intimate time to ask questions about your most recent learnings or practice sessions.

  • You are ready for business once you graduate with me but if you want a professional business listing on EFTInternational it’s a few easy extra steps:

    • Taking the $40 EFTi Accreditation exam (all my students pass with flying colors + I provide exam support right inside your cohort portal)

    • Write 5 longer session case studies and 1 Video submission using a template I provide

    • After you pass exam and submit your session case studies, I’ll submit my accredited approval to the EFTInternational team and they will update your member status to practitioner status

  • The point of practice sessions is to GROW and I adamantly detest busy work so  I have a few options for tracking 30-50 sessions based on what will actually empower you (vs trigger old school drama).

    1. Written session reflections: if you like writing down self reflections and questions, I use a simple form that allows you to write the techniques you practiced and where you need support.

    2. Digital self reflection: If you prefer to self reflect and ask questions 1 session at a time I have a fun Typeform survey you can go through after a session to get my tips and tricks.

    3. Client testimonials: If you learn by getting feedback from clients I have an anonymous survey 

    for you to send clients after a session. THEY summarize their key shifts - no extra work on your end. I synthesize their anonymous notes and send it to ya for growth or for great testimonials for your site !

    4. Live Q&A:  I’m available 2-3x per week for office hours where you can debrief on sessions and ask for tips or feedback live.

    5. Ongoing WhatsApp thread:  I’m available on WhatsApp for you to  debrief on sessions and ask for tips or feedback via text or voice memo.

    6. Video option: you can schedule a time to tap with me as my practitoner for real time feedback! Many students say this is a number 1 confidence builder AND I’ll end the session by reveling g a testimonial for you!

    EFTInternational members will need to write 2 longer session summaries and track 50 Practice sessions. If you are not an EFTi member, 30 tracked sessions will suffice.

Analysis Paralysis to

Deep Healing

Somatic Healing Should:

  • Feel gentle yet long-lasting.

  • Move beyond fixing and forcing.

  • Honor all parts of self (both wounded and higher selves) as equally valuable.

If you want to integrate your Clinical EFT/ Tapping skills (Level 1&2) with the best of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Parts Work, Inner Child and Advanced Energy Psychology (aka EFT Level 3), then I made the level 3 or dual track for you.

Scenario 1: I remember feeling exhausted as a new practitioner when a client walked in speaking a mile per minute. Before we knew it 20 minutes would have passed and we hadn’t tapped yet. How do we artfully slow our clients down and get them to tune in and stay tuned in once we finally find a specific event? Guiding our client should never leave us out of breathe or leave them feeling like we’re pulling teeth.

  • Practice Pro Strategies to move from surface analysis to specific events in 5 minutes

  • Use expert cues to guide clients from the spinning of their mind’s to the stillness of their body’s wisdom

  • Spot the difference between avoidance and dissociation so you can bring clients efficiently and safely to root cause memories

Handling repressed

trauma.

Scenario 2:  

What happens when a client tells us, “I already worked on that trauma. I’m not affected by it anymore.” Do we ignore the trauma they “already worked on” or do we help them tune into the part of them that is still wounded? If an inner child never had the chance to forgive, or to be forgiven, they will unconsciously sabotage our client. I don’t know what I would do without Inner Child Work, which allows clients who report SUD 0, to access and then process repressed layers of grief and anger. How? By learning to expertly let clients speak on behalf of the inner 5 year old whose SUD is still a 10.

In Basic and Intermediate EFT, a Practitioner takes a cause-effect approach to healing. They look at the block and follow it to an earlier event.

They take the woman who struggles with weight and traces it back to early sexual abuse. Releasing this major emotional trauma is important BUT

  • What if her main issue isn’t the abuse itself, but her relationship TO that wounded inner child?

  • What if the inner child is holding on to the weight to protect herself from it happening again?

  • No amount of emotional release will convince that frightened inner child that more abuse doesn’t wait in her future.

  • The client needs to ally with that protective part within her so that it can learn to trust again, despite the risk.

  • This client needs a practitioner who can gracefully guide this nuanced integration.

Preverbal and

precognitive memories

Scenario 3: What if our client’s trauma is preverbal and locked in a trauma capsule? Typically we would use eye movemnets like The 9 Gamut, but what if they cannot do the 9 gamut due to physical discomfort? Or what if the memroy still doesn’t emerge? Can you heal without recalling the vivid details.

Yes.

In Expert EFT, we move beyond releasing “remembered events” and integrate:

  • Advanced Eye Movements

  • Alternate EFT Points

  • Pro strategies to release unconscious emotional imprints on a nervous system level

How a trauma goes in is how it must come out and if the memory is stored on a somatic level, we can employ new strategies to release it on a somatic and holistic level…. all while keeping the client safe and regulated.

Creating change that lasts.

Scenario 4: I have mentees who receive emails from client after a “very powerful session” that says, “I woke up feeling like I was hit by a truck.” I’ve seen new practitioners release too fast and too soon without any space to apply the big shifts to their client’s REAL life. Clients find themselves with an emotional hangover. This can be avoided with Advanced EFT Skills. 

Level 3 Strategies:

  • Equip you to avoid retraumatization

  • Leverage neuroplasticity to move from momentary epiphanies to consistent habits and lifestyle changes

  • Address the root cause of Self Sabotage (aka Secondary Gain)

When I came to Jackie's workshop, I had already taken 3 workshops on EFT and big T traumas, but I always felt that I still didn't fully understand nor was fully prepared to work on the detailed aspects of a big T trauma event with a client.

Jackie

Jackie Viramontez is a Master Level EFT Trainer with over a decade of experience with EFT, Energy Psychology, and Inner Child Healing.

She built her virtual practice empowering adults and teens ready to break free from trauma, people-pleasing, sexual abuse, and anxiety. She knows from experience that every trial and trauma is an opportunity to align with our most authentic self.

She has a heart for empath healers and parents facing (postpartum) anxiety and depression since it’s a potent container to reparent the inner child.
