Raising the EFT Practitioner Bar
“Can you use EFT with clients after taking an EFT workshop?
Every year a few students ask me this.
Becoming fluent in EFT is like becoming fluent in any language. You take Spanish class, pass the test, and talk to your teacher and classmates. But when you arrive in Spain and the cute local starts flirting with innuendo, sarcasm, and heavily accented slang, you feel lost at sea.
The flirty Spaniard might be underwhelmed by your ability to flirt, just like a future client (often a trauma survivor who has a nuanced, hard to decipher, way of sharing their story) might be turned off by a “practitioner” who never took the time to become fluent.
There is a difference between learning skills in class versus honing those skills out in the wild.
I’m my student’s first cheerleader, but when they ask if they can start an EFT-based business based on a class, I use the fluency analogy…
but imagine a lack of fluency led to retraumatizing someone 😬
In the past, I’ve helped students become practitioners in 4 steps (read till the end for NEW all-inclusive updates!)
Step 1: Complete the EFT Online/Live Workshop (think: EFT Level1/2/3 workshop)
Step 2: Enroll in the Certified Practitioner Mentorship Track
Step 3: Develop mastery with practice sessions and mentoring calls
Step 4: Launch your EFT business
Step 1 is like taking Spanish class.
Step 2&3 is where you get fluent by traveling abroad, flirting with locals, and consistently working on your skills.
Steps 2 and 3 is when students get hands-on fluency training, jump on Zoom for ask-me-anything calls, get feedback on practice sessions, and bravely let me observe live or video sessions (we’ll call those dates with clients). The seemingly “simple” EFT concepts you learn in the safety of an online workshop suddenly feel complex when sharing with people “out in the wild.”
A client might say they want to work on something seemingly mild, like losing weight or making more money, and bam: A repressed trauma surfaces.
This is why my update includes group Q&A calls 2x per month and 24/7 WhatsApp support! You can message me and get advice between practice sessions. I am like Google Translate during your EFT travels abroad.
If living abroad for a year is where you become fluent, the EFT Practitioner Track is when you become fluent in the fast-talking innuendo of real clients: A checks-and-balance that ensures you can safely and masterfully share the skills.
Step 4 is when you marry the local!
In step 4 of EFT Certification, you make your EFT work official, launch your business, and charge real money to real people with real pain living in their past.

In an era of EFT YouTube experts, people can start EFT-based businesses by changing their social media bylines without ever completing practitioner training.
Last year I started to wonder if I was part of the problem.

1. Enroll in the EFT Level 1/2 Workshop (if you've never been trained) or the Level 3 Workshop (if you're already a Certified Practitioner and want to become an Accredited Level 3 Practitioner).
You’ll pay one flat fee for lifetime access to these life-changing trainings.
You’ll learn every single accredited Somatic EFT™ skill I personally use with clients.
You get lifetime access, BUT I recommend doing your first pass through all the modules within one month. That way, you don’t forget the foundations by the time you finish!
2. At the same time, enroll in live weekly mentorship ($495/month).
This is where you get to ask questions, receive mentorship + actually practice the skills LIVE that you're learning inside the workshop.
3. In about 6 months, you’ll hold your Accredited Certified Somatic EFT™ Practitioner Certificate (or Accredited Level 3 Practitioner Certificate).
We’ll create a roadmap for you to confidently share your skills with paying clients.
And then... we will celebrate you!!!
