Week 4: Connect With Your Deepest Intentions

You have voiced your fears, discovered your needs, and adopted a posture of compassion toward your journey.  Now it is time for you to shift into the positive, and get crystal clear on your goals and intended outcomes.

Right now your goals might sound like this: "I don't want to feel as anxious. I want to stop dating the wrong people. I want to feel less insecure at work."

These goals are starting points, but they revolve around what you don't want instead of what you do want.

That is why I am pumped to begin Week 4 with you: All the resources will challenge you to own what you want to experience. More importantly, you will embody the actions, attitudes, and assumptions that foster your ideal experience.

Step 4 The Writing Exercise

Grab your journal so you can respond to the following journal prompts. Each will allow you to notice and appreciate the many ways your ideal beliefs are already coming to fruition in this Collect Evidence Journal Exercise.

Step 5 The Creative Exercise

Begin to teach your unconsious mind that what you want already exists by making a Evidence Board of your Wants, Needs & Intentions. This is not a vision board, but an ideal FEELING board:

Instead of focusing on what you don’t have, this week is all about focusing on what you do have. Where attention goes, energy flows. All week, you are going to intentionally appreciate the ways your life is already aligned to your highest wants, needs, and values.

My intention is that by the end of the week, you wll have an mind FULL (and an envelope full) of evidence that you are on the right path. You are already more than enough. You have arrived!
