Week 5: Cultivate Courage
Last week you set beautiful intentions for your life. Living with intention is easy...if you didn't have a brain full of fears, a body full of muscle memory and an emotional state that is at the mercy of your cycle!
For this reason, I devoted Week 5 to taking courageous action despite the fears and feelings that tempt to throw you off course.
This week you will tap into a deeper level of courage by thinking outside of yourself. You will commit to action steps based on the legacy you wish to leave instead of the fears you hope to avoid. When you can’t muster the courage for yourself, you can muster it on behalf of the future generations, colleagues, and cultures that will benefit from your courageous action.
Always remember: Its not that brave to do something that is easy. True bravery is when you feel true fear, and move forward anyway.
Start your journey by watching the Week #5 Overview & Mindfulness Strategy Video. Then, download and complete the Set Your Intention PDF before diving into the weekly resources.

Thinking outside of yourself and toward the future is proven to shift us away from limited thinking and amore expansive view. This week. when you feel triggered, ask yourself:
What would my highest, most enlightened self do right now?
What would I guide my child or friend to do right now?
Sometimes courage doens’t need to come from within, but from above ;)
I am so proud of you for journeying with ,e through this Heal the Anxious Heart Series. These concepts come from my first book: I Can’t Beleive I Dated Him. That book is full of flaws, typos, and concepts I wish I could re-write, but at the same time, the meat of each chapter asks us to:
Compassionately accept how we feel
Curiosly explore the root causes
Get honest about our deepest wants, needs and values
Recconnect to our highest intentions, and
Take bold action despite the limiting toughts and feelings that seek to sabotage us.
