How can you tap daily?

When you feel triggered (anxious, frustrated, overwhelmed, guilty, etc), simply touch or tap one or all of the EFT points.

Find the emotional tension in your body.

Bonus: Get mindful of the density, size, or color of the emotion.

Tap as you breathe in and out of the emotion.

Lengthen your exhales.

Continue until you feel the emotional tension dissipate.

Benefit: Daily tapping trains your brain to shift more quickly from activation to regulation.
