How to Manifest When Your Body Says No + Free 24-Hour Tapping Summit

Hey lovelies,

Conception Journeys + Consent-Based Healing have something in common: They can take a very long time - until they don’t.

I just recorded a podcast interview with Gene Montserllu on "How to Manifest When the Body Says No" that will be especially helpful if you’ve been calling in the same goal for a year or two.

Tap & Ask:

What dream am I conceiving this season?

Does ALL of me feel ready, willing, and able to receive the full manifestation of this dream?

If you don’t know my backstory, I spent 5 years trying to get pregnant.

In 2018, I would have been LIVID if someone asked if ALL of me was ready to have a child because getting pregnant had become a full-time job: Specialists, herbs, lifestyle overhauls, thousands of dollars, chemical pregnancies.

Consent-Based Healing is when you don’t just have a dream, but consider if all parts of you share that dream.

I wanted to get pregnant.

But, did all of me want to get pregnant?

Did any part of me feel hesitant, nervous, or afraid of what that might entail?

I’m not talking about less sleep or freedom.

I’m talking about being five years old - and seeing my mother standing on the side of a street, my younger-self watching her scream, as we both watched an accident that took my brother’s life.

Did all of me want to get pregnant with a child? Even the part of me that watched my mom grieve her child for her entire life? Of course not.

There was a part of me who vowed to NEVER put herself in a position to experience that kind of loss.

Realizing that some part of me was deathly afraid of having kids, wasn’t the end of my healing, but the beginning of a journey:

The end of a fight between me and my uncooperative “infertile” body.

The beginning of a sacred honoring that my body loved me SO much that she was protecting me from the very thing I said I wanted.

If I asked my body, “Do you want to have a son?” She would have said, “Only if you can guarantee that he will never die.”

The stories in our bodies, whether our own or inherited from family or culture, need to be considered, honored, and released.

This is consent-based healing.

Tap & Ask:

What do I want more than anything?

Does all of me want this?

Does all of me think it's safe?

Does any part of me fear the stakes?

Fear what it will take?

Fear who would be left behind?

Fear the possible risk?

Is every part of me ready, willing and able to face the unknown of bringing this dream into the world?

For me, it took rebuilding trust with my body: That I would not abandon her fears in pursuit of my dreams.

A mantra that helps: Part of me wants this more than anything in the world, but I'm ready to consider all parts of me who might need my reassurance.

The Magic of Consideration

Just like with my 4-year-old when his toy gets "stolen" by his little sister - sometimes I don't need to solve the problem. I just turn and say, "Ugh, buddy! No one likes their toys stolen!" And suddenly he says, "It's fine."

Consideration is the medicine.

When your parts feel considered, instead of blamed, they will work with you, not against you. Consent-based manifestation isn’t about controlling a perfect future, but considering what your past self might need to move forward with you.
