Energy Psychology is an umbrella term that contains modalities like EFT Tapping, Energy Medicine, Heart Coherence, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Breathwork, Acupressure, and more.

If it moves emotional energy (and not just mental awareness) it’s a form of Energy Psychology.
